You guys should warn customers that orders are not delivered to PO Box addresses.
I am giving this review here Because I will let everyone know that I can, until I can take it higher & higher about customer service with shutterfly and how it has downgraded. I had the worst experience trying to locate my order this past weekend, since its been two weeks and I havent received it, and the "customer service" was disrespectful, deeming, condescending, & omitted information from me and added unnecessary info. Which made it confusing to speak with them and get my issue resolved. I realized it bc I had call 3x to get my order corrected and rectified, and ended up speaking to 8 different people! Each denied info provided previously was corrected and gave new info every time. It was very confusing and stressful dealing with shutterfly and no one owned up to anything. Ive been waiting going on a month, for my order.
