Uploads dont wont

What used to be a convenient app to upload my pictures from my phone now is useless. I dont want to automatically upload all pictures. Id like to be able to select which ones to load like I did before the upgrade. Disappointed

I love the convenience of being able to load my pics from my phone & also the ability to load my shutterfly pics to my phone. And I dont have problems with uploading.
