Very frustrated and disappointed after years of service

Ive been a Shutterfly customer for MANY years and have used this app with no problems (well, minor issues here and there that always resolved) for many years. After updating to ios10, my app hasnt uploaded a single pic. Ive deleted the app and reinstalled, nothing. Contacted customer service numerous times - nothing. What good is the app of it wont upload my pics?? I cant order your products of I cant upload pics!! Pretty basic!
