I love my shutterfly photos and the ability to upload them automatically. The biggest down fall is that shipping makes the cost of the photos even when free, over 10 cents a photo. That is expensive!!! I can get them at 5 cents per photo locally and they are just as good. Free really isnt close to free. I understand they ship them and there is a cost associated with that, but when I recently purchased free photos I realized the shipping was more than before!

If you watch for there fabulous sales, which are often, you can get beautiful quality pictures at the best prices of any retail outlet. Add to the fact that you can use your mobile phone and order the prints directly off your photos in your phones storage and you have the ultimate ease of use. Just pick which pictures you want prints of, choose what size prints you want and order. So simple. And they arrive in your mailbox in less than a week. Communication is very good on their end also. Give it a try! Youll be so glad you did.

I love shutterfly and have been using it for almost 5 years now to make photo books for my mom, but this app keeps crashing every time I try to upload pictures!!

You guys should warn customers that orders are not delivered to PO Box addresses. I am giving this review here Because I will let everyone know that I can, until I can take it higher & higher about customer service with shutterfly and how it has downgraded. I had the worst experience trying to locate my order this past weekend, since its been two weeks and I havent received it, and the "customer service" was disrespectful, deeming, condescending, & omitted information from me and added unnecessary info. Which made it confusing to speak with them and get my issue resolved. I realized it bc I had call 3x to get my order corrected and rectified, and ended up speaking to 8 different people! Each denied info provided previously was corrected and gave new info every time. It was very confusing and stressful dealing with shutterfly and no one owned up to anything. Ive been waiting going on a month, for my order.

Im new to Shutterfly, but from what Ive used it so far, it is easy to upload photos. You can even separate them into different albums. Easy to order prints. It is a very user friendly app. Love it so far!

Shutterfly keeps me out of my local CVS where I wait and wait and wait only to discover Ive forgotten my cord. Pictures come to my door as ordered and fast. I feel like the savings in time is worth it.

Very easy to do and fast. I didnt like a collage on the cover though. Couldnt get it to just do one or two. Will order again.
