Неудобный интерфейс. Так и не хватило терпения закончить альбом. Хотя шаблоны красивые. Но неудобно. Ни с телефона, ни с компьютера.

A bit challenging to edit photos

I loved this app! Super easy to use and the feature of being able to work on the project on my phone and having it save to use on my laptop made this such a fun and memorable experience. Being able to revive my wedding through pictures!

Website is easy to navigate. Importing photos was a breeze and placing the order was seamless. I am definitely not computer savvy, and Shutterfly made it so easy.

App is very easy to use the website kept crashing. Also have to add their customer service is awesome, I ordered the wrong size blanket and they were very helpful.

I’ve been using Shutterfly for almost 10 years now and I love it. However I feel like recently it’s unaffordable. I always wait on free pages for photo books because who has $100 to spend on a photo book. Now, it’s the shipping cost that are insane. As a regular customer who has spent a lot of money on this site, I should be able to use a discount code and get free shipping. I keep using this less and less because it’s just not affordable.

Love all the options whether graduation, wedding or just prints. I placed a graduation announcement order and forgot to enter the promo code for 1/2 half. They cancelled my order so I could place it again and use the promo code to save even though a couple hours had passed. They were kind and helpful. Highly recommended and will use again in future!

I have used Shutterfly over several years. I absolutely love the quality and color of my metal prints. I also have ordered several magnets over the years; sometimes the deals are tricky to use and it has been frustrating. Tonight when I ordered several magnets due to a great $2 sale it was much easier to order the correct size for the deal and to order several different photos for the magnets. When I typed “magnet” into the search bar the various options popped up right away to make it very easy to choose the sale deal.

And was still charged for photos that are supposed to be free.
